If goods arrive in damaged condition it will be your responsibility to inform valvetubes.com with in 3 days of receipt of goods.
Delivery discrepancies must be reported to valvetubes.com with in 3 days of receipt of goods otherwise no claim for loss in transit can be entertained.
Payment and Price
Payment in full must be made to valvetubes.com prior to delivery of goods.
Valvetubes.com have the right to make adjustments to our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or increases in any taxes or duties.

Products and Descriptions
The products images/photographs on valvetubes.com website are representative of our wide range of Audio and Industrial valves/tubes stock. From time to time there are slight variations in print, logo style internal construction or base colour. This is due to the period in which the products were manufactured.
If you require a specific type of marking, logo, internal construction or base colour, before placing your order, please email us at [email protected] for availability of the particular print style, construction or base colour you require.
Warranty
The warranty for NOS (New Old Stock) valves/tubes is 60 days from date of purchase.
Used valves/tubes have a warranty of 30 days from date of purchase. If your valves/tubes fail within these warranty periods, valvetubes.com will replace them, refund you for the cost of the valves/tubes or give you a credit note towards your next order depending on current stock.
Valvetubes.com will not be held responsible financially or otherwise for equipment that is damaged from the use of valves/tubes or parts purchased from valvetubes.com. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the equipment manufacturer with regards to proper valve/tube and parts replacement.
