Delivery Information

 

Delivery is available worldwide. We ship electronics valves/tubes & sockets using the most appropriate packaging to avoid damage to the goods.

 

Package will be sent using Royal Mail postal services, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

 

Shipping cost is given on the checkout page of the online buying section of the site.

 

UK Delivery

 

UK Deliveries:  Free shipping on order over  £300

UK Royal Mail Delivery – 1-2 Working Days  £5.00

UK Next Day Guaranteed Delivery  £12.00

 

International Deliveries

 

International Signed For Europe 3-5 Working Days  £17.00

International Signed For Rest of the World 5-10 Working Days  £21.00

 

The above prices are subject to the weight not exceeding 2kg, if it exceeds that, we will advise you a new shipping price and agree this with you before dispatch.

 

 

Most goods are available from stock and will be despatched with in 7 working days. If there is any likely delay, valvetubes.com will advise you with the opportunity to cancel the order if you find the delay is unacceptable.

 

Return policy

 

If you have an item to return, you must first email us at contact@valvetubes.com for a return authorization.

This allows us to find out what is wrong and to discuss options with the customer.

 

No Fault Return

 

Valves/tubes being returned must be unused and in their original box and packaging, including all accessories. The valves/tubes should not have any marks on the base or have been used in any way. You must inform us with in 3 days of receipt of the goods and it is your responsibility to return the goods to Valvetubes.com at your cost and risk.

 

 

Faulty Return

 

If you the customer place an order and received a shipment and part or all of the contents damaged or faulty, in such cases please contact valvetubes.com with in 7 working days from receipt of goods. You will have to return the failed item to valvetubes.com for evaluation. On receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault, valvetubes.com will send replacement items or give you a full refund.

 

If the valves/tubes are not found to be faulty, valvetubes.com will return the products and delivery will be charged to you.

 

 

All goods must be returned in their original product packaging and in an adequate shipping container. Should the condition of the packaging be poor and damaged, we reserve the right to apply a charge to cover repackaging. We reserve the right and at our discretion to refuse a refund.
